Bearing in mind that NASA spent millions designing a pen that would work in zero gravity... and the Russians decided to use a pencil instead... I have a sneaky feeling that the Russians have their figures right on this...

...if you make a drawing in pencil it will stay essentially as it was when drawn.....100 years or more later !
If you make a drawing with a space-pen it will completely fade with the light in about 50 years ! The Russians are a smart bunch when it comes to technology !  Regards..... Paps. |
